Fellowship and Divine Appointments

"...for the joy of the Lord is your strength!" - Nehemiah 8:12
This scripture was written on an index card in bright-pink, bolded letters of the girl sitting next to my roomies and i at Caribou today. What a conversation starter! After commenting on how cool the verse was, she thanked us and struck up a conversation. This beautiful girl, Steph, was brimming with passion for swimming and the joy of the Lord - SUCH a breath of fresh air. We started discussing the book of Job and talked briefly before exchanging names and a promise of finding each other on Facebook. :)
I love moments like this. Divine appointments when you run into an old friend, or meet someone new whose words or presence are so perfect in that moment. Truly, of God's hand. I cherish fellowship. I am a lover of deep conversation, meaningful moments and new friends. God has so blessed me with dear friends and people who love to encourage, laugh, cry, converse, joke, giggle, and just love to spend time together. At one of the hardest times in my life, truly i take joy in the amazing people and divine appointments God has arranged. :)

Who has been a blessing in your life lately? Honestly, don't refrain from telling them how much they mean to you :)

Here are some of the people who have blessed me in the most recent months: :)
